The Gators would not be denied even after being 8 points down at the half. Auburn made too many mistakes in the final few minutes. Florida no doubt believes they can win one more game. Duke's even more narrow halftime lead didn't hold up either. "Durham, we have a problem, Houston just sent us packing." 

Hunter has secured the Championship and has now tied the all-time win record. Can he break it with the right final pick? Hail to the new Champ and again a Rookie has won it all and become the 28th Champ in 28 years. 

Only Nick P. gambled on both upsets, and got them. More than half the field, 24 competitors went 0 for 2 with the favorites. The Poolmaster dropped from 2nd to 6th picking Auburn when 4 competitors right behind picked Florida. With standings this close, there's no room for error. Also of note, long-time competitor Ken Shoemaker has literally rode the Favorites the entire tourney, which gives him zero upsets, but puts him in 7th place. Only in a year with so few upsets could this strategy prevail. One more time with Florida?
